Dr. Alex Vieira is an educator who embraces the idea that life's path is not straight, but a winding journey. He draws inspiration from Ralph Waldo Emerson's quote, "Do not go where the path may lead; go instead where there is no path and leave a trail," and applies this to his own life. Dr. Vieira believes that every individual has a purpose in life and the closer one gets to fulfilling that purpose, the more fulfilling and exciting their journey becomes.

Dr. Alex Vieira, a former South Central Los Angeles resident, is a passionate educator and leader with a strong commitment to improving the quality of education for underprivileged students. With a background in Math from UC Berkeley, a Master's in Education from Loyola Marymount, and a Doctorate in Leadership from the University of Southern California, Dr. Vieira has dedicated his life to creating a better future for students and communities. As an Assistant Principal at Firebaugh High School, Dr. Vieira brings his enthusiasm, leadership skills, and commitment to fostering growth and development for all members of the school community. He is eager to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents and welcomes any opportunity to connect and get to know everyone.
