Report an Absence 2024-2025
**Knowing that our students are being cared for when they are not in school is very important.**
- If your child is going to be absent, please use this LINK to report their absence.
- In order to approve requests and clear absences the report must be submitted by the parent/guardian's account as listed in Aeries.
- When necessary our attendance office staff will call parent/guardian to confirm an absence.
- Absences due to doctor's appointments cannot be excused without a note from the doctor's office.
- Absences for illness, court appearance, funerals cannot be excused without a note from the parent and proper documentation.
**Es muy importante saber que nuestros estudiantes reciben atención cuando no están en la escuela.**
- Si su hijo va a estar ausente, utilice este ENLACE para informar su ausencia.
- Para aprobar solicitudes y aclarar ausencias, el informe debe ser enviado por la cuenta del padre/tutor como se indica en Aeries.
- Cuando sea necesario, nuestro personal de la oficina de asistencia llamará al padre/tutor para confirmar la ausencia.
- Las ausencias debidas a citas médicas no se pueden justificar sin una nota del consultorio del médico.
- Las ausencias por enfermedad, comparecencia ante el tribunal o funerales no se pueden excusar sin una nota de los padres y la documentación adecuada.
