Biographical Sketch
Diana Zaragoza is the new instructional lead at Marco Antonio Firebaugh High School and has over 13 years of experience in the field of education. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University and her Masters in Education from Concordia University. She began her career at LUSD eight years ago as the Lead Teacher for AdvancedPath; it was a small school setting where she worked with high-risk students who were on probation. After two years, she transferred to FHS and began working as an English teacher. She has remained at FHS since and taking on several different roles and responsibilities: ELD, AVID, College Prep, and has worked heavily with the college and career team here on campus. She looks forward to continuing to help students on their road to success in her new role with the school community's help.
